I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice big fridge, which was convenient. The service was a bit lacking during breakfast as they didn't clean up the plates promptly, but overall, the staff were helpful and polite. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city, especially with the nearby Nana BTS station. The dining options were decent with a variety of Thai and Western choices. The facilities were modern and well-maintained.

I snagged a good deal on booking and ended up in a room with big bathrooms featuring a large bathtub, which turned out to be a really good solution for us. Although the reception staff was unfriendly, the shuttle service to the main road was helpful.
